Health Tip: Squatting is one of the most primal movements that we all learn to do as a child without thinking twice about it. Unfortunately, as we age and adopt sedentary lifestyles, over time we lose mobility and squatting becomes increasingly more difficult to achieve. Many of our daily activities of living requires some form of squatting including getting in and out of our cars, answering the call of nature, as well as standing to sitting at our desks.
