Day 14 is completed, today is Sunday and the last day of the 14 day challenge. Today we were challenged do 30 mins of Yoga/Stretching and drank 64 ounces of water. I completed a little over 30 mins of Stretching/Yoga and drank 68 ounces of water. I have accomplished all 14 days of the challenge. I have achieved my goal. I am so proud of myself. When the challenge began I decided that I would complete every day and I did it. Day 13 is completed, today is Saturday, so I started the day with my 20/20/20 workout with Renay at 8:00 am. Today’s challenge was 50-100 crunches. I completed 85 crunches along with over 60 minutes of cardio and sculpt. I have already drank 85 ounces of water and it is only 4:30 pm EDT. Only 1 more days to go of the 2 week challenge and I have accomplished all 13 days of the challenge so far. Tomorrow I plan to complete the 14 day challenge. I will do my best to let Nothing stop me. Day 12 is completed, it may be Friday, but the challenge was met. Today’s challenge was 30 to 60 minutes of cardio and at least 64 ounces of water. I did 47 minutes of cardio and consumed 85 ounces of water. Only 2 more days to go of the 2 week challenge and I have accomplished all 12 days of the challenge so far. The weekend will not prevent me from completing the entire 14 days. I will achieve my goal. Saturday and Sunday to go.
