    Challenge Day 6

    Day 6 is a DONE deal. I have completed 6/7 days of the challenge. 1 more day to go for this week’s challenge. Although it’s Saturday, I had a goal to meet, fitness does not stop for the weekend...... For today’s challenge we had to do 50 - 100 crunches and 64 ounces of water. I did 75 crunches and completed Renay’s 20/20/20 class at 8:00 am this morning, as well as 68 ounces of water.
