Day 7 is a wrap. I have completed the 7 days of this week’s challenge. Mission accomplished. I must admit I am proud of myself. I challenged myself to complete this challenge and was determined to do so. I posted each day’s activity to keep myself accountable and as I said I couldn’t let the weekend stop me. I did it Yeah!! For today’s challenge we had to do 30 minutes of Stretching or Yoga and 64 ounces of water. I did 30 plus minutes of Stretching and Yoga and drank 85 ounces of water. I hope I have motivated and encouraged at least one person that fitness is important and you must make time to take care of yourself.
