Natasha’s philosophy and goals are to help students on their journey toward holistic health. She accomplishes this by instilling self-confidence in students while appreciating and improving overall body movement. She believes that yoga extends beyond the mat and can be carried into everyday life, leading to a healthier mind, body, and spirit. Natasha’s yoga expertise covers all of the following: increasing flexibility and range-of-motion through stretching, enhancing overall body strength, and lastly relieving tension while incorporating breathing and meditation.
